The Challenge

Amati Global Investors is a specialist investment firm with a growing number of ‘finely crafted’ funds under management. They had previously relied on referrals and reputation, but knew they needed to do more public advertising to continue inflows.

The Insight

As a first campaign for the company, we needed to keep it tight to prove the ROI, and ensure more investment into marketing in the future. We focused on one fund to promote, Strategic Metals, which is particularly appealing at the moment with the growing demand for metal as we move into a low-carbon economy.

Working in conjunction with PR and media buying partners, we created a very targeted, UK-focused campaign: ‘Strategic Metals Matter’. We developed a messaging platform that supported key proof points that would resonate with both advisors and investors – the two key audiences.

The Results

  • Higher than average click-through rate (CTR) across all banner advertising.
  • Significant post impression page views – The Strategic Metals Fund is the most popular page on the website (after the home page).
  • The most successful Investment Week email ever — 131 click throughs.
